Studio Scratch Ltd |  Gift Card Terms of Service

1. General & Validity

• Redemption: Studio Scratch Gift Cards are only redeemable for Lighting Products  purchased directly from www.studioscratch.uk. They are not valid for use at Soma Studio or with Teletask or for an interior design service.

• Validity Period: All Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will be fortified after this date.

• Non-Transferable: Once purchased, a Gift Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient for whom it was intended.

2. Restrictions

• Non-Exchangeable: Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used to purchase another Gift Card.

• Partial Use: If the total order value is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use within the 12-month validity period.

• Balance Top-Up: The cardholder can pay the difference via our standard payment methods if the order total exceeds the Gift Card’s value.

3. Cancellations & Returns

• Consumer Right to Cancel: Digital Gift Cards purchased online are subject to the same 14-day "cooling-off" period as our standard retail Products, provided the card has not been used to place an order.

• Product Returns: If you purchase a Product using a Gift Card and subsequently return it, any refund due will be issued as a new Gift Card (or credited back to the original digital card) for the same value. We will not provide a cash or credit card refund for items purchased with a Gift Card.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Studio Scratch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. The card should be treated as cash; we are unable to replace the card or its value if it is used without the owner's permission.

4. Fraud & Misuse

• Right to Decline: The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel a Gift Card if we suspect it has been obtained fraudulently or used for a non-permitted purchase.
