Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

 Returns & Refunds

  • You may return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days to your original payment method.

 Return Shipping

  • Customers cover the cost of returning items, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Please use a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

 Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 48 hours (with photos if possible).

  • We’ll cover return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

 Items Not Eligible

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or special order products

  • Clearance or “final sale” items
