All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

2. Delivery Locations

 

We ship within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that shipping to certain remote areas or islands may incur additional charges or extended delivery times, which will be calculated at checkout.

 

3. Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are provided as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • In-stock items: Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery is typically within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Made-to-order or custom items: These products have a longer lead time, as they are created specifically for you. The estimated delivery time for these items is clearly stated on the product page. For example, .

We cannot be held liable for any delays that are outside of our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions. Under UK consumer law, we are legally required to deliver your goods within 30 days of your order unless a longer timeframe has been explicitly agreed upon.

You can provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process. However, please note that we cannot guarantee all requests will be met and are not responsible for parcels left in a specified safe place. We are responsible for the goods until they are physically in your possession.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Goods

 

If you receive a product that is damaged or if your order is incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as per your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. International Shipping

 

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
